First of all, I think Wendy's as a fast food chain has some very good items on their menu. However uniform their food preparations may be, the service in the various stores obviously varies considerably from place to place. Having eaten at this unit numerous times - it is very close to home - I can vouch that this may be the slowest fast food place in the State of Virginia. Management does not help in this regard, There is no soft drink isle and the cashier has also to fill the drinks (including frosties, parfaits, shakes), stir and serve chilli, retrieve the burgers, etc. , arrange items on the trays, and, of course, make change. Plus, there always seems to be at least one employee less than reason would suggest. I would advise that if there are more than four people in line when you step inside that in the name of sanity you exit and find another venue.

Although I'm not a huge fan of fast food, I do not mind stopping over at Wendy's for a bit to eat. The alternative menu is the best for fast food joins. ~The chili and salads are GREAT!!!!

This Wendy's has to be the worst one I've ever been to first if you like the smell of pee when you eat then that's up to you but they most have a problem with plumbing or cleaning, second due to the smell hope you don't mind flys there all over the place. And last but least bring your own chair because the ones inside feel like your going to fall to the ground. Food was fresh but due to the surround makes you not want to eat.

This Wendy's has lost me as a customer. I recieved a completely raw burger and when I went back in to get it replaced Rhe employee responded with "ew" and then another employee was completely rude when I asked her for a bag to put the burger in. Rudeness around this Wendy's I refuse to go eat here anymore.

I'm done with this Wendy's. Given them a few chances because I like Wendy's menu but the service is more often bad then good. It seems like every time I come in there is at least one food item to wait on. "I'm sorry that is going to be a 5 minute wait on the nuggets." "I'm sorry it is going to be a six and a half minute wait on the spicy chicken sandwich." Meanwhile they must have your fries and other food in the bag because the other food is cold when you get it." Like I said I've given them a few chances and more often then not I leave disappointed.
